How much room do you need to set up and operate the mechanical bull?You will need 24’ x 24’ square. If the mechanical bull is being placed indoors you will need a minimum 10 foot ceilings.

When do you normally deliver the mechanical bull? How long does it take to set up?The mechanical bull technician will arrive approximately one hour before your contracted start time. Setup time is approximately 40 minutes.

What are the electrical requirements needed to operate the mechanical bull?You will need 2 separate electrical outlets that are 15 amp - 20 amp. These are generic outlets that can be found in all homes.

When is the latest I can request the mechanical bull for rent?Submit a request today and we will do our absolute best to accommodate your needs.

Are your mechanical bulls fiberglass or rubber?All of our mechanical bulls have soft, rubber heads and horns - making them the safest on the market.

Can children ride the mechanical bull?Yes! Children are allowed to ride the mechanical bull, but they need to be at least 7 years old.

Do I have to set up and operate the mechanical bulls?No! We will set up and operate the mechanical bull for you. All you need to do is provide all the riders.

What if it rains? Can we set up the mechanical bull indoors?Yes, you can set up the mechanical bull indoors, as long as you have the adequate space. However, if you have an outdoor event and weather is not cooperating, we do have tents available at an additional charge to cover the mechanical bull setup.

Are you insured?Yes, we are fully insured with a rated insurance company.

Are your mechanical bulls safe?Yes, our mechanical bulls have many safety features to ensure each rider is protected from injury. The inflatable mattress is used to make sure anyone falling off the mechanical bull lands on a soft, air filled surface. There is a stop switch on the control panel and a seat sensor to shut off the ride automatically if anyone falls off. One of the most important factors are the soft head and horns of our mechanical bulls.

Do you rent generators?Yes. Generators are rented separately for an additional charge. If you do not have the electrical power necessary at the setup location you will need to rent a generator.
